“ We visited on a busy Saturday night but, despite there being quite a queue, we were made to feel welcome and seated very quickly. The staff both front of house and on tills were very smiley, friendly and helpful and the food service was efficient. The food itself was of a very good standard and the portion sizes were excellent. Having been to a sub-par Nando's near Victoria Station last week, this experience at Bluewater Plaza restored our faith in the chain. ”
“ Typical Nando’s. Went to the one in The Plaza as slightly less busy than the one in the food court. Went for half a chicken, coleslaw and chips with bottomless drink. Service was speedy and food came quickly considering the restaurant was busy. Was clean and the staff attentive. Happy with the service received. ”

“ The staff are lovely and so helpful and friendly, the place is clean and tidy and the food is amazing.. the chicken is so juicy and they are really good with allergies as I'm lactose intolerant and they clean the grill if you talk to the manager and they show you all the ingredients of what you are ordering. Happy customer but I do remember nandos being a bit cheaper but this was years ago overall very happy. ”
